Service Description

New insurance clients pay in full at time of service for first session, once claim is reimbursed my your insurance your payment goes toward your deductible moving forward or is refunded if requested.

Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellation fees at this time for reasons related to illness or COVID-19. Should you have symptoms of any kind, I am happy to reschedule you for 2 weeks after you are symptomatic. No shows and cancellations that aren't COVID related within a 24 hour period will incur 100% of the treatment fee.
